Welcome to a company operating in the field of building construction. We continue a long tradition of carrying out construction work in the Krkonoše foothills. We have been operating in this area since 1994 and during this time we have already completed many successful implementations.
Since 2014, I have been mainly involved in the design of building constructions, buildings for family housing, new buildings or reconstructions of individual houses, apartment buildings, civic amenities, industrial buildings and other small buildings, including technical infrastructure buildings. I offer comprehensive services from the preparation of the investment order, preparation of project documentation, provision of engineering activities, technical and construction supervision on the construction site. I approach each plan individually so that the result of the construction itself corresponds to your ideas.
I provide complete elaboration of project documentation for buildings at all stages according to Decree 131/2024 Coll., on construction documentation. This Decree sets out the content requirements of project documentation, building passports, construction diaries and simple records of construction. It is therefore important mainly for designers and contractors of the construction and sets out the content of the project documentation:

I approach orders comprehensively so that the path to my dream home is as easy as possible. At the beginning, we meet and tell each other our ideas. In the next step, we will find out the limits of the area where the building will be located. The first design studies are created using modern CAD/BIM applications for designers with a unique ability to work as BIM and at the same time produce 2D drawings up to the level of implementation documentation. I don’t distinguish between large and small assignments. I deal with projects individually so that the building suits you. After the approval of the design study, the work continues on the project documentation, where I cooperate with other designers specializing in the project. However, the journey to your dream home does not end here, it is necessary to permit the construction, but I will help you walk comfortably this way as well.
