The construction of the family house is a simple rectangular shape with dimensions of 9.6 m x 7.5 m with one floor, a residential attic and a basement. The garage parking space with dimensions of 7.5 m x 7.1 m is part of the main building and will be covered by a flat vegetation roof. The entrance to the family house is through a covered entrance vestibule from the driveway. The vestibule is connected to the hall area, which connects the individual rooms on the ground floor. The living room and kitchen will be functionally connected and the building openings towards the garden will be fitted with sliding HS portals, which will allow the interior to be connected with the exterior. The terrace is connected to the living space and will be designed in the southern façade. The slope of the saddle roof is 40° with a ridge height of +7.7 m from project zero. The house is set in a sloping terrain to the east. The attic is accessible by a two-flight staircase. In the attic, the hall space is functionally connected to two living rooms and a bathroom. The flat roof above the garage will be used as a summer terrace. The rooms in the southern façade will be lit by dormer windows. The dormer will be roofed with a shed roof.
