Rebuilding Benecko

The family house is situated in the village of Benecko at the foot of the Zaly hill with a panoramic view of the valley. The building has undergone many modifications over more than a century, when it also served as a pub base for tourists heading to the nearby Žalý Hill. It will now be used for permanent housing. It is a smaller building with a saddle roof with a significant slope. The building has an original cellar space with a barrel vault and two floors with attic space. In the southern residential part of the ground floor, a sliding HS-portal will be newly placed, which will connect the interior with the outdoor terrace. The terrace and the external façade cladding will be made of Siberian larch.
