Rebuilding in Nová Paka

The existing family house is located in Nová Paka on a sloping plot to the north side. It has a floor plan of 8.65 x 8.4 m with one floor and an attic space, which will be replaced by a residential attic. The vestibule will be in the place of the existing entrance. The existing bathroom on the ground floor will be accessible from the hall. The living rooms on the ground floor will be illuminated by sliding HS-portals, which will allow the interior to be connected to the exterior. The terrace facing the garden will be shaded by a pergola made of larch wood with dark oil paint. The existing roof structure will be preserved to the extent possible. The slope of the saddle roof is 40° with a ridge height of +8.1 m from project zero. The orientation of the roof ridge is in the northeast-southwest direction. The dormer will be newly roofed with a shed roof with a slope of 2° and fitted with corner windows with a view of the Staropacké Mountains. Vertical transfer will be via a two-flight staircase to the attic. The level of the modified terrain from the project zero will be +0.25 m. The slope of the paved areas will be away from the building. The street fencing will be a mesh on a steel post 1.2 m high with anthracite coating. The gate and entrance gate will be made of a steel structure with wooden paneling identical to the fencing.
